Ken Keller will dive deep into the NEW Process Steps/Guided Work Instructions module, sharing tips for enabling, configuring, executing, and reporting of these new Plex features. For process steps shown on the control panel, he will demo usage of key process steps features, such as images, attachments, and checksheet completion by process step. Finally, Ken will demonstrate process steps analysis and real-time process step completion reporting.
Heidi from Stecker Machine will demonstrate how the new Tool Loading process was the final piece needed to launch UX Control Panel on their Shop floor. This session will include settings, actions, permission needed for Tool Loading as well as a Live Demo of Tool Loading/Unload, Validation for Production, and some Q & A.
Ken will present a simple, stress-free methodology for construction of standalone, audit, and in-process inspections, with resultant statistical process control. Follow along with Ken as he provides simple solutions for data migration, execution of quality inspections, and use of standard Plex tools for quality data analysis. Patti Nowak will review successful methods of communication with Customer care to help the Plex case team understand and fix your Plex issues more quickly.
In this session Ken Keller will cover the critical steps required to get your Plex PCN in shape for next year, looking at things like calendars, contact information etc. Think of this as your annual Plex housekeeping!
