Dan Mullins is a Partner Enablement Technical Consultant with nearly 25 years of experience working with the Plex Smart Manufacturing platform. Specializing in the Plex Manufacturing Execution System (MES) suite of solutions, Dan excels in driving pre-sales engagements to successful closures by providing comprehensive support and expertise. His primary focus is on training and integration solutions, ensuring that clients can seamlessly adopt and benefit from the Plex ecosystem. Dan’s extensive experience and deep understanding of the platform enable him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and partners.
Veronica Meyer has been working with Plex since 2013 and has been with Control+M since 2019. That has given her a broad base of customers and insight into working with Plex. She is an Accredited Partner Developer which means report writing and code are right up her alley. She spends her time assisting with EDI troubleshooting and new EDI Trading Partner development for both Food and Beverage and Manufacturing trading partners.
Manu is an analytics professional with over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He has a passion for helping customers improve the profitability, productivity and predictability of their manufacturing processes via data driven insights.
Manu is currently the Sr. Product Manager of Plex Reporting & Analytics at Rockwell Automation. In his role, he is responsible for developing and executing the Plex Analytics strategy, including product positioning, roadmap guidance, and thought leadership.
Prior to joining Rockwell Automation, Manu held various cross functional roles at other technology companies, including Plex Systems Inc. and National Instruments Corporation

Chris Dodson, CPA has been with Control+M for almost 3 years now, but a Plex user for 9 years. Former CFO/CIO at a Steel Tube Manufacturer. He specializes in all things Accounting, Costing (Standard and Actual), MRP/PRP, and Finite Scheduling, along with knowledge in multiple other areas.
Vicki Beltran has spent almost the entirety of her career working in and leading implementation efforts – be it hardware, software or ERP transformation initiatives. Primarily working in the medical and food packaging industry, she has been involved in business analysis and implementation of various ERP systems.
Leveraging technical knowledge, project management, and critically important change management, Vicki has managed two successful implementations of Plex. Through the use of subject matter experts, strong leadership support and ongoing change leadership, Pacur continues to move with Plex into future activities to better use the data that Plex affords its users.
Along with her IT responsibility, Vicki is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California Bovard/Masters in Project and Program Management. Her focus is Organizational Change Management and Project Risk Management.

Mike McCormick has close to 20 years of experience integrating a wide range of hardware and software solutions several manufacturing industries including steel, automotive, semiconductor and food. With a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Mike has published several papers relating to the semiconductor industry, showcasing a deep technical understanding and a strong ability to solve complex manufacturing challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking hiking and fishing in the great outdoors.

A technical and detail-oriented professional with 9 years of experience in the Manufacturing, Repair & Overhaul industry spanning several countries, Shannon has experience in optimizations and implementations of Plex as well as Salesforce and the integration of the 2 systems together. Shannon joined Control+M Solutions in 2021, and has been a customer and user of Plex since 2017 making her a well-rounded professional with experience in all support functions of Plex including training, invaluable detailed work instructions and SQL custom report writing, for both Manufacturing and the Food & Beverage Industry.
As an accomplished innovator in numerous manufacturing industries, Ken has successfully led hundreds of machine, process, and systems implementation projects designed to enhance productivity, profitability, and efficiency. He began his Plex journey in the automotive industry, as a customer of Plex, in 2004. He then became a partner consultant in 2012. Ken now leads the process manufacturing division of Control+M Solutions, specializing in Food & Beverage implementations and optimizations.
Heidi is an IT Systems Manager with 12 Years at Stecker Machine. She has 8 Years Plex experience, and was Project Manager for the Plex implementation in 2016 with Go-Live in 2017 and UX Transition in 2023. Heidi can troubleshoot software and hardware from desktops, shop floor and network infrastructure and security but most importantly, manages all things Plex!
With over four decades of experience in manufacturing and automation, Chris Vaidean has played a pivotal role in advancing industrial automation products, services and technology. After graduating from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in computer science, Chris began his career at Bailey Controls and for the past 38 years, has been a key figure at Rockwell Automation, spending the last decade focused on the Information Software space. Currently, as the Information Software System Integrator Program Manager for North America, Chris works closely with many of the System Integrators you are familiar with today to build a network of delivery and consulting partners that drive high-value solutions for our mutual customers.
